3. Events — Bookings
All event bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
You will receive a booking confirmation by email. Please check this carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
Greenwood Gate events are offered in a spirit of open inquiry and mutual respect. Attendance at our events constitutes acceptance of our community standards, which require considerate conduct toward other participants, facilitators, and the land itself.
4. Events - No Refund Policy
All event bookings are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been received, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
— A change in your personal circumstances — Illness or inability to attend on the day — Travel disruption — A change of mind
We strongly recommend that you consider appropriate personal travel or event insurance if you are concerned about circumstances that might prevent you from attending.
Transferring your place: In the event that you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event at [email protected]. It is your responsibility to ensure the person attending in your place is aware of and accepts the event details and our terms.
Cancellation by Greenwood Gate: In the unlikely event that we cancel or significantly alter an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event. We will notify you by email as soon as possible in such circumstances. AMORC Limited Services accepts no liability for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with a cancelled event.
Postponement by Greenwood Gate: If an event is postponed rather than cancelled, your booking will automatically transfer to the new date. If the new date is not suitable, you may request a refund by contacting us within 14 days of the postponement notification.
5. Membership and Friend Registration
Membership and Friend registrations are subject to acceptance by Greenwood Gate. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw membership at our discretion, and will provide a reason if asked.
Membership fees, where applicable, are stated clearly at the point of registration. Membership periods and renewal terms will be communicated to you at the time of sign-up.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Greenwood Gate reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the membership of any individual whose conduct is deemed inconsistent with the values and ethos of the community.
6. Submitted Content
By submitting content to Greenwood Gate for potential publication, you confirm that:
