Deer and other animals are frequently seen in the grounds so, for the protection of the wildlife, we do not encourage members to bring their dogs. If you do wish to do so, they must be kept on a short lead and under your control at all times.
Greenwood Gate is located in a large and hilly woodland landscape with varied terrain and the informal woodland paths and gradients mean that parts of the garden are not wheelchair accessible
Visitors should be aware that:
· Paths are mainly gravel, chippings, or natural rural surfaces
· Some routes are uneven
· Certain areas are steep or sloping
· Uneven surfaces may be present in the paved areas around the building
· The building covers more than one floor and there is just one small lift available .
A map showing a designated accessible route is available on request.
